Builders, developers, and authorized sales partners who sign a formal empanelment agreement with Zieho agree to:
Zieho reserves the right to suspend or terminate any channel partnership if fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of RERA norms is detected.
Individuals engaging Zieho for property purchase consultations agree that:
For channel partners (builders/developers), the following applies:
No cash payments are accepted. All brokerage settlements are made via bank transfer or NEFT/RTGS against a valid tax invoice.
Zieho employs a verified lead pipeline โ all buyers are pre-qualified based on budget, location preference, and intent. Builders agree not to directly approach Zieho-generated leads without written consent. Any bypassing of the channel partner agreement (direct dealing) will result in forfeiture of the commission amount due and potential legal remedies. Both parties maintain strict confidentiality regarding buyer data, pricing strategies, and internal sales reports.
All content on the Zieho website โ including text, graphics, logos, brochures, and marketing materials โ is owned by Zieho Realtech or licensed from third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Builders are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Ziehoโs brand assets only for co-marketing approved projects under active partnership.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zieho Realtech, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
Ziehoโs total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total brokerage fee paid (if any) by the claimant in the preceding 6 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zieho Realtech and its partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights. Builders specifically indemnify Zieho against any misrepresentation of project-related facts provided to buyers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your engagement with Zieho shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh. Before resorting to litigation, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation for 30 days.
Zieho reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the โEffective dateโ updated. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
